"About a year ago, prior to my current relocation, I had listed my home with another brokerage agency and had nothing but troubles.  Because of the advice I received it ended very badly for me and the seller ended up suing me for breach of contract.  I am thankful to say that although I won the lawsuit, it left me very skeptical about your industry.  I'm writing to you now because I wanted you to know how thoroughly impressed I was with two of your real estate agents.  I was relocating and my relocation counselor recommended Coldwell Banker Burnet along with another brokerage firm to interview.  As my luck would have it, your company sent John and Becky Durham, and I chose them to represent me and in trusted them with the sale of my home.

I can't say enough good things to describe my experience and how impressed I was with John and Becky's professionalism and their dedication to work with me.  I know in a relocation situation that quite a large percentage of the commissions go to the referring relocation agency and I was skeptical at first just what kind of service that I might receive from them.  During my interview they did give me quite a long list of marketing tools that they were willing to use to sell my home, but sadly I was not sure I could believe them.  As it turned out they did exactly everything they said they would do and more.  Shortly after the house was listed, I physically moved out of state and could not have been more impressed with the amount of communication that I received updating me as to their progress -- even my mother and father (who I'm temporarily living with) were so impressed with the detail and frequency of their emails.  I honestly can say now, although skeptical at first, that I did not have a worry in the world.  I even had neighbors and friends, who knew of my past experiences with a realtor, keep an eye on things and they have even commented and were impressed with the amount of work that John and Becky put forth.

I truly believe you have two great agents in John and Becky Durham and wanted you to hear personally from me.  If I could award them with your industry's "Agent of the Year" award, that is exactly what I would do - for they certainly left me with a great experience and confidence that I was getting the most out of my house that was possible given the current market conditions.
